The word"just [only]" in thai language we say "kâe" (แค่)
"kâe" means "just [only] , not more than"
We use "kâe" when we feel something is not much , not many or not enough .
So it depends on feeling of each person.
For example, if your monthly salary is 50,000 baht but you think it is not much
or not enough for you. You can say "kâe"
pŏm dâai ngern-deuan kâe hâa-mèun baht
(ผมได้เงินเดือนแค่ 50,000 บาท) [ male speaker]
I got monthly salary just 50,000 per month.
But for me 50,000 baht per month is enough , so I don't use "kâe".
chán dâai ngern-deuan hâa-mèun baht
(ฉันได้เงินเดือน 50,000 บาท)[ female speaker]
You can use "tâo-nán ayng"(เท่านั้นเอง)
or "ayng"
(เอง)to emphasize the sentence.
"tâo-nán" means "only"
(เท่านั้น)
"ayng" means "only,just"
(เอง)
pŏm dâai ngern-deuan kâe hâa-mèun baht tâo-nán ayng
(ผมได้เงินเดือนแค่ 50,000 บาทเท่านั้นเอง)

pŏm dâai ngern-deuan kâe hâa-mèun baht ayng
(ผมได้เงินเดือนแค่ 50,000 บาทเอง)
[male speaker]
You can also use "tâo-nán"(เท่านั้น)
to emphasize the sentence
but it is more formal than tâo-nán ayng(เท่านั้นเอง)and ayng(เอง)
