The word  "gàp"(กับ)  means   "and,with" 


The word  "láe"(และ) means  "and" It's a written language
                                                                               and it's a formal word of "gàp"

Thai language
We use   "láe" just in the formal way

                            such as in the airport, news, radio etc. and in written language.
